*All membership packages and purchased amounts are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable once payment has been successfully made.
Membership Terms & Conditions
1.1 You become a YuCats Gold, Platinum or VIP Member when you make a one-time top-up of RM2,000, RM5,000 or RM10,000.
1.2 Your top-up amount goes into your membership balance. You can use this balance to pay for products, cat hotel stays and grooming services at YuCats.
1.3 Your membership balance cannot be used to pay for kitten or cat purchases.
1.4 Membership is registered under one name and one phone number. Only the registered member can use the balance, discounts and vouchers.
1.5 Your membership balance is valid for [12 months] from the date of top-up. Any balance left after this date will be forfeited.
1.6 You can use your balance and membership benefits at both our [Kepong (HQ) and Setia Alam] branches.
2.1 Members get the following discount on products, hotel stays and grooming services:
- Gold: 5%
- Platinum: 10%
- VIP: 20%
2.2 The member discount does not apply to kitten or cat purchases.
2.3 The member discount cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts [unless stated otherwise].
2.4 Your discount applies automatically when you pay using your membership balance.
3.1 Each package includes RM50 grooming vouchers:
- Gold: 8 vouchers
- Platinum: 15 vouchers
- VIP: 30 vouchers
3.2 Grooming vouchers can only be used for grooming services. They cannot be used for products, hotel stays or kitten and cat purchases.
3.3 Each voucher can only be used for one cat per grooming session.
3.4 [A maximum of one voucher can be used per cat per session.]
3.5 Grooming vouchers are valid for [12 months] from the date of top-up. Unused vouchers will expire after this date.
3.6 Grooming appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance.
4.1 All membership packages and top-up amounts are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable once payment has been made.
4.2 Vouchers and discounts have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
4.3 Lost or unused vouchers will not be replaced.
5.1 YuCats may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
5.2 If there's a disagreement about how these terms apply, YuCats' decision is final.
