Get a Vet Assessment

Take your kitten to any registered vet near your home. Send us the vet’s report and receipt on WhatsApp, and we’ll review the claim with you quickly.

We Follow Your Contract
If the vet confirms a covered general health issue, we pay for treatment up to RM200, as written in your purchase contract.

What No Health Guarantee Can Promise

No test can promise a kitten will never get sick. Kittens are young, and moving to a new home is stressful for them.

What we can do is catch known problems early, put our promises in writing, and stay on the other end of WhatsApp whenever you need help.

Answers to the questions buyers ask us most about our health checks, the 14-day guarantee and claims. Still unsure about anything? Just WhatsApp either branch and we’ll explain it clearly.

You can claim for 14 days from the day you take your kitten home. If a general health issue shows up in that time, we'll pay the vet bill up to RM 200.

You can claim for general health issues, up to RM 200 in total.

That includes cat flu, mild respiratory infections, diarrhoea, stomach upsets, eye infections, ear mites, fleas, intestinal worms, ringworm and minor skin problems.

Serious diseases such as FIP or feline panleukopenia, injuries or accidents at home, and illness that starts after the 14 days end. Vet costs above RM 200 and treatment arranged without telling us first are not covered either.

Yes. You can visit any registered vet near your home. Keep the vet's report and receipt, as we'll need both to process your claim.

WhatsApp the branch you bought your kitten from as soon as you notice symptoms. After your vet visit, send us the report and receipt. Once the issue is confirmed as covered, we pay for treatment up to RM 200, as stated in your purchase contract.

Every kitten gets a vet health check, a 13-panel genetic test and a [40]-item blood test while it's in our care. You take home copies of all three reports.

Yes. Ask our team at either branch and we'll show you the vet, blood and genetic test reports for any kitten you're interested in.

No. The 14 days apply to the health guarantee only. Every owner can join our YuCats WhatsApp group for advice on feeding, litter training and behaviour for their cat's whole life.
