Where are your branches located?
We have two main locations: our headquarters in Kepong and our second branch in Setia Alam. Both locations offer full cat grooming and boarding services, as well as a selection of available kittens for sale, including local breeds and purebred imports from China.
Do your kittens come with a health guarantee?
Yes. Every kitten includes a strict 14-day warranty, clear medical insurance terms, full genetic testing, and a comprehensive 35-item blood test with real lab reports from our vet partners.
Where do your kittens come from?
We carefully breed cats locally in-house, and we also import purebred kittens directly from China. Every cat goes through the same strict health and vet checks before sale.
How do I book a grooming or boarding slot?
It is simple. You can book directly through WhatsApp. Just tell us the dates you need or the grooming service you want, and our team will get it sorted.
What are your rules for cat boarding?
To keep the luxury pet hotel safe for everyone, we require all cats to have up-to-date vaccinations and recent flea treatments before check-in. We verify this for every cat staying with us.
Can you groom aggressive or nervous cats?
Yes. Our grooming team holds an active FFGA license and is fully trained to handle aggressive or anxious cats safely. We focus on keeping the session as calm as possible without rushing.
